IN CASE OF CANCELLATION:

If your circumstances change and you need to cancel for whatever reason we are requesting the following cancellation agreements in order to support the sustainability of this workshop.  If you do not have a willingness to agree to these requests, please let us know on this booking form (or by phone or email) your reasons why and we will be open to dialoguing with you to look for an alternative mutually satisfying arrangement. If none can be found these requests stand as a condition to attending the training.

If you cancel:

Before 1 May 2011 - your full deposit minus a £20 administration fee will be returned to you.
1 May 2011 or after - £100 of the deposit you have paid is non-refundable unless mutually agree differently with the organisers.  1 August 2011 or after - you may lose the whole of your deposit unless your accommodation place can be filled by someone else. In this instance we would retain only £100 of the deposit paid.

PAYMENT METHODS:

1)    Please pay the Accommodation/food fees in pounds sterling (£) in advance.  Cheques payable in £ sterling to ‘D. Godby’.
Email pennyATheadwebDOTcoDOTuk for bank details if you would like to do a bank transfer.
2)    Please pay the Training fees balance in £ sterling at the event – we will notify you at a later date with further information about payment methods required for this.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

There are single rooms and twin rooms (with two single beds) all with shared bathrooms (four people to one bathroom). Some rooms can cater for wheelchair access and a number of rooms are on the ground floor (as are the teaching rooms). Although we recognise that not everyone will find this ideal, Emerson College charge a flat rate per person regardless of room type. So for ease of administration we are asking that everyone pay the same rate regardless of whether you occupy a single or twin room.

ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION:

A small number of non-residential people can be accepted on this course (by arrangement with the organisers) and food can be provided for them at £156 to include lunch, dinner, tea/coffee and facilities. This includes a few camping spaces at the college which will be charged at £192 to include lunch, dinner, tea/coffee and use of facilities (not breakfast). Please indicate with us if this is your preference. We can provide a list of local B+Bs on request.

FOOD:

All meals are bio-dynamic and vegetarian.
Vegans can be catered for with advanced notice.
Unfortunately if you have other special needs regarding food (such as wheat or gluten free) you will need to make your own arrangements for this as we were unable to negotiate with the college this amount of flexibility without it increasing the price for everyone.

DIRECTIONS:

Please see Emerson College’s website for more information:

Nearest Train station:
East Grinstead (4 miles from college) + bus no. 291 (but see Emerson website for more info).

Nearest Airport:
Best one is Gatwick Airport but see Emerson’s website for more options.

Parking:
There is plenty of free car parking at the college.
