Training Program

This is a BayNVC intensive for people who are actively sharing NVC with others and want to increase/deepen their capacity to do so.

The training is designed for intermediate/advanced level of NVC experience and for those committed to sharing NVC with others.

The program is likely to focus on these areas:
  • Principle based NVC teaching
  • Teaching about power and power relations
  • Teaching skills for interdependence
  • Advanced empathy skills & teaching empathy skills
  • Body-based NVC practices, esp. for inner work and connection
  • The skills of giving and receiving feedback
  • Increasing capacity for living in full authenticity and interdependence
